Submission Guidelines

PLEASE DO FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! OTHERWISE YOUR PAPER MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED BY MEAE 2026.

* Prior to make the submission, please prepare your submission according to the Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. Regular registraion fee only covers one 6 pages paper. Addtional pages will cost extra fees.

* English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

* The submission will be confirmed and assigned with a Paper ID by the conference secretary from meae_conf@163.com within 3 working days after submission.

* At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper.

* The reviewing process of the MEAE conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

* Papers for presentation only must be submitted by abstract at least.

* Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.

Publication

Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by conference committee and international reviewers. Accepted papers will be published into MEAE 2026 Conference Proceedings.
